It not bad. Something new to relish.
I actually made it..and it was actually good. May not be great to everyone's taste but for those who want to experience something different its good. I like it personally. It has its distinct taste. May need to be eaten more than once or twice ro get addicted. Price a bit high but okay.

Product did not work. Useless product. Wasted my ingredients and time.
No indication of mould growing leave aside binding. Wasted ingredients my time and cost of starter culture. I need refund for payment made and if possible for my time and efforts made for testing poor quality product

Quality is very good
Quality is very good but the price is little high because it is just dehydrated Tempeh powder only

Made for first time so not sure if it was good ,making another batch with improvements
Was able to make tempeh but I overfermented it a bit.Just keep temperature between 30-32 °c for about 40 hours and you'll get very good results.

Loq quality spores.
The culture has very low quality spores. First time, I try with their suggested ratio of 500g beans soaked and one packet of starter culture. After 3 days the soy got spoiled with no indication of the mold growing except one or two streaks. I had to throw the stinking batch away.Second time, I used a batch of 150 gram of beans soaked with a full packet. This time, after 3 days, it was undamaged, and had some growth. It was edible, and I used. But even after 4 days, though it formed a block the mold was not strong enough to bind the beans to solid form while cooking. It seems they add too much of rice powder to collect spores so that the spore concentration is very low.

It worked!
It arrived well packed just like in the image and it worked on the soy and chickpea tempeh I made with it. I'm making it for the first time and I must say it's easy to use with the instructions provided. Did do some additional research before I attempted it though. Overall pleased with the product.

Waste of Time efforts and energy
The media could not be loaded. Have tried 3 times. Wasting my organic grains. Every time fungus I see. Have tried all methods , steady temperature but it just doesn't work.
