The Greenhouse and Hoophouse Grower's Handbook: Organic Vegetable Production Using Protected Culture

I am fairly new to greenhouse growing. Learnt the very basics at school. I consider this book like a salvation, because I had the chance of running a greenhouse at my very first season as a worker. The book is an excellent work of vulgarisation alone; not only it covers the 8 most profitable crops but also explain fairly well effects of climate on plants (as an example). I really think its aimed at beginners/intermediate and that is alright. Will buy other books by Andrew Mefferd, good thing there is others.For the visual people, there is also color images and text is nicely organized.Could not find a negative side.

The beginning part of this book is a little over-explained. Minor thing, the rest is a fabulous book! I've been thoroughly engrossed in it!

Loved that book. It has become such a guide for protected culture for me. I also really like the fact that the author is showing more than 1 way of doing things
