Study clamp for your tools
I bought this to clamp my shovel on my Chevy Silverado. I bolt mounted it on the Tactix storage/tool box and it looks super nice. Comes with instructions of how to Mount if you’re a beginner with tools. 100% recommended.

I have many of these clamps. This purchase was for my new e-bike. I needed a way to carry a big Kryptonite bike lock and two Kryptonite cables on this bike. I used four of these clamps. This size and the Micro size. I used two of the micro size to mount the Kryptonite U lock and two of this size to hold the two Kryptonite cables. These clamps work GREAT! The lock and cables are VERY secure. There aren't any bicycle specific products that are better than these clamps. I also have these clamps in a larger size holding a Halligan tool and another two holding up two huge 2 1/4" and 2 1/2" combination wrenches. These are strong clamps, that are easy to use and are inexpensive. What more could you ask?
