They smell delicious, so the flavour was a little disappointing. As others have said, they are a little dry, but all gluten free biscuits are that way, so I am used to that. A salty aftertaste, but not unpleasant. Was not aware they had changed the recipe, nothing in the packaging makes you are it is a new recipe or the allergens have changed. Therefore sadly have ate some of these and being intolerant to gluten will affect my health now. The new recipe is rubbish anyway, they do not taste as nice as they once did. Feels like switching to use cheaper ingredient yet increasing the price actually by double.
