This is the only affordable ergonomic chair I’ve found for someone of my height (5’1”). It’s incredibly comfortable and I can sit and game or draw for hours in it.

Ive had pretty severe neck pain most of my adult life and always struggled finding a chair where the ergonomics actually fit me, where the neck rest was in the right spot and also provided back support. I've borrowed my boyfriends gaming chair for a while which is average sized and its only made things worse. I was torn between this and an ergonomic office chair and I'm very glad I went with this. It fits me perfectly. I like it better without the back pillow actually because the chair itself fits the curve of my back nicely without any additional support. The neck rest is in just the right spot so when my neck hurts I can lean back and get relief, and also the arm rests are extremely comfortable for my elbows whereas my old chair my elbows hurt after a while. They are also fully adjustable which is nice. Overall even for almost $400, if you are short and having trouble finding a chair that fits you then go with this one. You get what you pay for also, nothing about this chair is cheap. Its heavy, sturdy, and made of very nice materials and the leather is very soft. Thank you guys so much for making a chair for little people because tbh I feel like no other quality chairs exist for us.

I'm roughly 5'1/107lbs and I've read that this chair is perfect for petite women. I gave it a shot and never have I ever had such horrible backpain. My feet don't touch the ground, the arms rests are too wide, the pillow for back support feels like it's not even there. Maybe I'm not sitting properly and it's just me but the office chair I had before this chair was a lot better. I'm going to buy a 2nd hand amia and return this chair. I really wanted a gaming chair so I wanted this chair to work but it just didn’t. Bummed because it’s beautiful too. Update: I got the leap v2 (everything is adjustable) and if I can go back, I’ll skip gaming chairs in a heartbeat. Save your back and time, have a great day!

I was excited to try this chair after reading the reviews saying it worked for short people. Upon receiving the chair there were a few positives: quality is great! its a heavy steel frame. the color was nice. the arm rests adjust. lastly the padding itself also appeared to be quality. sadly there are two fundamental issues with this chair which is why we returned it. if these issues do not apply to you then this chair would be great. however other customers mentioned the same things as well being a concern. 1st- the chair itself does not adjust low enough in height for short people. i am 5'2 and at the lowest setting my feet still were danging which is not ergonomically correct. yes this could potentially be fixed with a foot stool but after a $350 chair i do not feel a customer should have to spend more money to make it work especially when its supposed to be for short people 2nd- this was the biggest issue for me personally and what prompted the review. the chair width is only 15 inches. we know body types come in all varieties but this chair is meant for a body type with no hips or thighs. this is not so much about weight but rather a body type, this chair would fit in the seat width more of a teenager/college student with a straight figure. the seat itself was comfortable for padding but due to the very narrow width part of my legs rested on the beveled portions which was completely uncomfortable. if the company made this chair truly for short people it would go lower so someone 5'2 and under their feet would hit the ground AND the width would be able to accommodate bodies that have any sort of hips...and if this was the case we would have kept the chair so if you are taller and have no hips/straight figure then this would be a great chair but if you are shorter then 5'2 and/or have any sort of hips or thighs then this chair doesnt work A for effort/concept C for execution for short people and/or people with hips

I specifically purchased this chair because I've been working far more hours than usual, and as a 5'1" woman, standard desk/gaming chairs have not been working. I'm in constant back pain. I would borrow my husbands gaming chair for periods of time, but realized that the seat depth was far too long - I would slouch to rest my back against the chair back, or sit cross-legged so that I could have back support. The smaller office chairs I purchased did not have sufficient padding to make them comfortable for 9+ hour days. So I had a shorter desk custom-made (27" instead of the standard 30"). I did a bit of research on chairs for short people, and this seemed like the best quality for the price point, and specifically stated it was designed for people as short as 4'9" (I'm 5'1"). This is definitely the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. However - it still does not lower far enough for me. My feet do not touch the ground when the chair is lowered as far as it will go. I have short legs and a long torso but I don't have any medical conditions that make my proportions abnormal. I contacted customer service, and their only solution was to buy smaller wheels - I need about 3 inches off of the height, so smaller wheels will not suffice. I'm a bit disappointed with how long their customer service took to reply (though it is understandable during this covid mad rush to get home offices set up), and that their solution was not very helpful. The other issue is the lumbar support feels oversized - probably about 30-40% too large. It feels like it's directly taken from a full-size chair, and was not designed for a smaller person. I ended up removing it and the chair is quite comfy without it. Bonus points for it being removable. I'm using a box under my desk for my feet, and I'll upgrade to a nicer footrest in the future. With the box so my feet are flat, and my back pain is gone. It's great to have something designed for the shorter-than-average person. If the seat went down another 3", this chair would be perfect. Though their website mentions this chair is appropriate for someone 4'9", please be aware this may not be the case for you. If you are a "normally" proportioned petite woman, I think this is a great chair. Also- I got the purple and it's a beautiful color.
