Yes, it does work but.... some other scrub or gommage ll do the same. It's highly overpriced. But I wanted to try Korean brend so I did it. Nothing special. Next time I ll bye something cheaper

TL;DR: This product actually works! It has a light apple scent, and my skin is noticeably softer and smoother after using it just once. Also, it really is your skin that's balling up and not just the product (I tested it). Overall I'm very pleasantly surprised and would recommend! I purchased from the seller Living Earth, and I received my item in excellent condition 3 days after ordering.I literally just tested this product about 20 minutes ago, and I'm really happy with the results. I washed my face and patted it dry with a towel so that my skin was clean (i.e. oil-free) as well as softened up from washing. Before using the product, my clean face definitely had a "dragging" feel to it from dead skin ready to be sloughed off. (Imagine toweling off after a shower and running your hand/fingers over your softened arm. You might feel a slight "drag" on your skin which basically just means that there's a layer of dead skin there that can be exfoliated. If you were to rub your hand/fingers a little harder over your skin, it would probably start balling up and exfoliating because it's softened up. That's the feeling I'm talking about.) Anyway, after using the product and rinsing it off, there was absolutely no more "dragging" feeling on my face no matter how much I rubbed. That layer of dead skin was definitely gone.The product's texture is very much like a liquidy lotion, only slightly thicker, and it has a faint apple smell. The amount that I used for my entire face was probably about the size of a dime. It goes on completely smooth, but I did notice a very slight exfoliating texture (like *extremely* fine sand) mixed in there when I first applied it. I basically spread the product in a thin layer on my face and used my fingers to rub in small circles, alternating between my cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. After a little while, my skin was starting to ball up where I had been rubbing. It didn't really ball up as much as I was expecting based on other reviews, but it was still a good amount. After rinsing it off and patting my face dry with a towel, my skin was noticeably softer and smoother.Since it was my first time using this, I wasn't sure if I had done it exactly right. I decided to use it one more time just to get any spots I may have missed initially, and I figured it was a good way to test if it was really my skin that was balling up or just the product. Well, guess what? The second time around, my skin wasn't balling up as much as the first time. There were still some little balls forming, but I'm assuming that was either mostly the product or small bits of leftover dead skin on my face. In any case, regardless of whether or not the product itself is balling up too, I can tell you all with certainty that your skin definitely IS balling up!! This product really works, and it exfoliates the dead skin on your face!After the second exfoliation, my skin was even smoother and softer. There was no "dragging" feeling anywhere on my face, and even now (after putting on toner and moisturizer) my skin still feels amazing. Overall I'm really pleasantly surprised with how this turned out, and I completely recommend anyone reading this to try out this product.
