The scale doesn't actually measure anything. It just uses your data to pull a common range based on your weight, age, and gender. If you don't believe me try switch your personal data around and see how all your measurements vary (i.e. muscle weight, body fat, water % etc). By switching my gender from Male to Female it shifted the results (i.e. i weighed the same but lost 30 lbs of muscle and had more fat content). This scale is junk and is a waste of your time and money.

I have been going to the doctors a lot these days and I weigh in weekly at their office. I would normally weigh in on my Fitbit scale and then the doctors and there was always a 2-7 lbs difference. Finally after my Fitbit could not have consistent readings I looked around and saw the INEVIFIT. 5 stars all the way! Very easy to setup and sync with my iPhone. Tested the accuracy today on this and at the doctor and it was dead on accurate. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Ive always been a huge proponent on tracking your progress through your BMI instead of looking at the number on the scale. I always use to go to supplement stores so I could track my BMI, BMR and check my fitness progress with their different scales but it was always a hassle driving there.So I’ve been looking for a scale like this that actually works! Ive ordered a few off of amazon and none of them gave me the correct results but a friend recommended that I check out INEVIFIT, so I decided to give their scale a shot and Im so happy I did!Now I can track my results at home at anytime I want! The APP is so convenient as well! You simply download their APP and on there you can see your body fat %, muscle mass, BMR and more!!Their customer service is also AMAZING! They helped me right away and answered every question I had. I give this scale a 10!! Definitely recommend! :)
