Platinum karaoke: Awesome build quality
Platinum karaoke unit is awesome, build quality is excellent. the songbook is very attractive, the mic is okay.. overall EXCELLENT, I LOVE IT... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED........

Honest review and experience
Negative first: The mic was not working when it arrived (but the seller gave me a replacement) and the price which I believe is a bit pricey compared to other brands. I also wasn't able to download the mobile app where you can use your phone as the karaoke player (as advertised) - the App Store said it does not supports new phones? In addition that you have to contact the seller and pay extra if you want the updated songs every 3 months (which I think is not mentioned in the description).Positve: However, if you want to experience the genuine feel of a karaoke player in the comfort of your house and have fun with your friends, this unit will not dissappoint you. It already has a lot of songs to get your passion for singing warmed up! The seller also listened and made all the necessary arrangements to keep his customer happy.

Delay on smart tv
I think karaokes now adays should be connected through hdmi. I had to find a converted but after succesfully connecting, delay is still there (song vs. voice). If this will be used on older tv units, it might work better.
