I usually stay away from these types of cook books because they have such unrealistic recipes in them. Not this one. The recipes are good meal s that normal people will ea t. Tried three already and delicious

Easy to make meals, flavourful, lots of pictures
One of my favourite cookbooks. Beautiful pictures for each recipe (very important for me), and teaches you tricks for buying healthy snacks and packing lunches. Quick recipes with only a few steps with easy to find ingredients.Favourite recipes include fish cilantro, halibut thai coconut curry, warm lemony brussels slaw.Lots of Asian and Mexican dishes, lots of flavour!
