Quality is amazing

- This is the 4th Fridge that i return and get the replacement for it.- Those fridges, make loud sounds !!- Unlike what is mentioned in the pictures and specifications !!- The only way to replace or return, is a minimum of 4 to 5 days,- Amazon has to return first, then they refund to the wallet, then i can purchase another one.- Meaning that we have to stay without a fridge for almost 1 week,- This has been going on, since 2 to 3 months.- And of course, the management cannot do anything, since this is their only system !!- I’m surprised, how or why they don’t deliver and then take the old one !!- Logically and logistically, it will be costing less !!

I am extremely impressed with the professional service, prompt communication & complaint execution of the repair services provided by Nikai's after sales team. We had a a small issue with the compressor of the refrigerator that was delivered to us after a week of using it. Just a single email to their sales team, it took no longer than 15 minutes before they responded back, issued a complaint number , arranged a service team member with their contact details for us to get in touch , scheduled a date of pick up ( the very next day) and 4 days later we received the refrigerator back good as brand new. Even during that time email updates were coming in with status updates in a very prompt fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIKAI.

Very cheap price and quality also average

I purchased the Nikai 140L Single Door Refrigerator (NRF140G, Black) from Amazon, and after just two weeks of use, it completely stopped working.I have been trying to contact the company for the past week, but I haven’t been able to reach them. No response, no support, and no solution! This has been extremely frustrating.I do not recommend this product at all. A refrigerator should last years, not just two weeks. Poor quality and terrible customer service. Avoid this purchase!
