Not up to code
Product seems well built and sturdy, looks nice. Unfortunately, I discovered my local fireplace code requires at least an 18" hearth, and this is only 12". On top of that, they want $60 to ship the return, so I'm not very happy about that. If you just want this for decoration then it's probably fine, but if you want something that will actually work it's simply too small. You better be sure of your purchase before buying!
