No more leg cramps
I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and this is my second bottle! I absolutely love these pills, they help me sleep better and no more leg cramps. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with horrible leg cramps

Breastmilk supply increase
Bought to help increase my breastmilk supply. I think they helped but even if they didn’t, having extra calcium and magnesium for great for my milk regardless! Not too big like a lot of capsules.

This helped my postpartum BP
I bought this while pregnant in addition to my prenatal but didn’t use it until postpartum. I had PP preeclampsia and after six weeks my doctor discontinued my medication. My BP was still bouncing around, so I tried this every night and fully believe it helped regulate things. I took it for two months with my prenatal and it was amazing. I will take it again if I get pregnant again. A little powdery but it didn’t bother me.

Great product
Great product! I take two tablets every day during my second trimester, but one day I forgot to take them, and that night I got cramps. Since then, I haven’t forgotten to take them again.

Use it daily
I use this product since I am 3 months pregnant daily. I think it helps because I barely get any cramps (currently 30 weeks pregnant). There is no taste and it is easy to swallow. I wish it was cheaper. Since pregnancy is only 9 months, I will continue using this but I will switch after pregnancy.
