This surf shirt was for my husband who wears a medium. He is 5'10", 157 lbs, 42" chest and 31" waist. The medium fits him like a glove.

Q: My husband wears large in shirt, should I order x large ?

It is fitted. XL will probably fit a bit loose like a T-shirt. My husband weare a L and likes the fit of the XL.

Q: Does this shirt tend to gap, stretch or drag when you are swimming?

It gets a little heavy but does not interfere with swimming.
