Great purchase!
So far so good! We ordered two of these for our salon. I absolutely love them. There were no instructions on how to put them together in the box but if you go to the manufacturer's website you can find and dowload them. Installed easily. Super sleek and much more comfortable than the auto recline chairs we had.

Very pleased with this shampoo unit! It’s extremely comfortable, easy to use and clean, love the dial on the sprayer that changes streams. The product itself is great, but the customer service was fantastic! They called prior to shipment to make sure everything was correct and in line. They even called me 30 minutes ahead of delivery to ensure I was at the location of delivery. Highly recommend!

No instructions! Drains very slow
No instructions!! It drains extremely slow. Very comfortable though. We changed the sprayer hose because it seemed cheap and lacked the pressure we needed. It’s installed but we can’t use till the plumber figures out why the drain is so slow! Instructions to assemble and install would of helped!!!

No instructions?
Very disappointed in this shampoo bowl. How can you sell a wash unit for $1000 and not have instructions?!?! And then the little instructions we had to hunt for were awful. This chair is not comfortable, the shipping was delayed twice, and I’m 5 seconds away from returning this damn thing.

I dislike that my clients dont lean back enough. I have run into problems w them not being able to put head back far enough so water doesnt run into their face
