Great for my new mirrorless camera
I recently picked up a new Canon mirrorless camera and needed a new card reader to deal with the new format.I decided to pick up this Kingston unit for a few reasons:1. High speed - USB 3.2 Gen 1 will hardly break a sweat with UHS-II cards!2. USB-C - obligatory "one cable to rule them all" - power, data, and ease-of-use is paramount!3. Form factor - while I do not have the Kingston dock, that is of no concern - this works just fine on my desk, and fits nicely into my camera bag for trips. It's convenient having two card slots. The reader works extremely well - no disconnections, and the build quality feels great. If you have a UHS-II SD card and need an affordable, performant reader, this is a great option.

An Efficient and Versatile Appliance for the Office
The Kingston Workflow Station is a versatile tool that improves functionality and efficiency of a computer. This device can handle USB cards, charging cables, peripherals requiring USB-C and USB-A cabling and port adapters. It saves space and portable—easy to use and remove with laptop. Well built at modest cost. Speed varies with type of computer one has; is comparable with Windows and UNIX installations. This device can take from 1-4 different hub pods (sold separately) so it can be configured easily to your needs. Well pleased!

Super fast, modular, and perfect for mutliple cards
This thing has significantly reduced the time it takes for me to dump all of the cards from the multiple cameras I during a full day video shoot. It's modular, which is really nice, and I can take a single module with me when travelling if I need to. It's also the right size for me to plug my Samsung SSD into, though that has proven to be slightly unreliable, working maybe 95% of the time and randomly losing connection. That's also why I gave it four stars, as it's not just the SSD losing connection but anything plugged into the included USB slots for any lengthy period of time. I'm definitely going to continue using this thing though, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to save a lot of time!

works well, sometimes doesnt let go of the second card even when ejected by windows
this worked pretty well, even recognized v60 sdcards. no issues with data transfer and cloning cards.but when you tellcwindowa to eject the cards it only ejects the left one. the led stays lit on the right on so you cant unplug it without risking data loss. (workaround is to power dpwn your computer bit thats not very practical).

Compact and fast
The perfect combination of size and speed. Being able to pull data from 2 SD cards at once has helped to speed up my workflow. I also like that I can use any USB C cable instead of the proprietary cable that my old readers used.

Perfect Solution for Two Cards
I was looking for a multi card reader for MicroSD cards and this is perfect. The pictures can be deceiving, you don't need the bigger dock to use this, just a USB C cable. I actually like that it doesn't have a cable pre-attached so that I can add a cable for the length I need. It reads both cards simultaneously, at the same high speed. It is the fastest card reader I have, and that's with both card slots in use!

Just what I needed for docking two of my external SSDs to my laptop.
It's a more stable docking system for two of my SSD external drives, while also still having another port for my SD and Micro-SD cards.

Good, but with a few critical flaws
I have a standing desk and wanted an expandable device to add I/O to the desk with a single high-speed trunk connection to my PC which is on the floor. This seemed like a great option which would let me connect a variety of peripherals and multiple SD cards. There's a couple flaws that are frustratingly easy to fix but hold this back from being a great device.1) The USB module that comes with the base is not sold separately, so if you want to add the option for additional USB ports, you're out of luck. I even contacted Kingston and they confirmed that there was no SKU for it even internally.2) The USB module is power limited. Despite the base station having dedicated power, the USB-A port will only slow charge a device and the USB-C lacks power-delivery.Kingston could make this go from a mediocre and disappointing option to an amazing product by selling a USB charging module that had better power delivery and could be bought separately, but without that, all you can really add is card readers, and I'm not sure how may people are really going to fill the device with 6 different card readers.
