This knife is probably EXACTLY what most people buying it are looking for - it's a quality, well-made, budget-friendly knife that will serve many purposes.... It's got a large, multi-function blade that is very sharp and a very ergonomic handle. Including a belt-clip and liner-lock, it's perfect for economical Every Day Carry (EDC) ... Admittedly, it's not the most expensive steel in the world ... that's why it's such a fair price! It's going to be quite "stain resistant" and pretty easy to sharp ... and because it's not a $300 Benchmade, you'll have no problem using an AccuSharp-type of sharpener when needed. I love it - it's actually my backup EDC now ... Just in case you need something a liiiiiiiiiiitle larger, this will get the job done!

I really like this knife. Bought it as an EDC, and though it's a bit large, which is fine, it sets fairly well in my pocket. The one-handed assisted open works great, with both deployment methods, thumb studs or flipper, and closes, one handed, just as easily. The large handle gives you plenty of grip space and feels comfortable in the hand. The Tanto style blade has a nice thickness to it, a bit of recurve, and nice wide serrations, and seems to hold it's edge very well. So, for the the price I'd say it's a good buy.

Incredible value. Awesome everyday carry. This is a solid knife with some weight to it. The blade is sharp and has held up nicely to some abuse.

Overall, really impressed. This is a large knife when open and a bit heavier duty than the knives I usually carry in my pocket. Not light, but the extra weight was not really noticeable in my pocket. Solid construction with no blade wobble. Unlike the smaller blades I am used to, this one really fits my hand well and the finger indents help with grip and comfort. I am not concerned about my finger slipping onto the blade if I try to stab through something hard like multilayer cardboard, which is a concern with small handles. The only minor negatives are the assist spring is a little weak, compared to the other (cheaper) knives I have, which blast out with alacrity. This is probably due to the large heavy blade, but will flick out and lock with a solid press. Still, if the spring were 25% stronger this would be a perfect carry knife. Of course, the pocket clip on any knife is uncomfortable on the palm and I wish it were ambidextrous so I could switch it to the other side. I seem to lose my knife periodically, so at this price and quality, I didn't hesitate to purchase a spare.
