Bought this for my High School aged daughter to use playing tennis on the tennis team. She really liked the racquet, and it met our expectations.

A) product: it is Wilson. It is good. It is very good. It never disappoints. 5/5B) Customer service: there was an issue with shipment (partial shipment) - if you order through Amazon you know stuff happens and usually it is a pain in the neck to deal with. Not in this case. These guys handled it woth zero hassle on my side. As in *zero*. All it took was two messages: one for them to confirm they did have an issue and one of them to confirm the fix. 5/5

Wilson name. Appears well made. Bought for a first time user. Hope it lasts. Carry case is a plus for travel and storage.
