The pillows were pkg nicely, they were very soft but also very FLAT. I bought them for side sleeping and needed them to be somewhat fluffy and supportive for my neck and head these were not!. The company was very polite to deal with but hard to get my money back from. They said 30 night gaurentee I thought that meant 30 day gaurentee full refund . It didn't . Depending on the reason for return there is a 30 % restocking fee which I didn't read anywhere. They didn't charge me the restocking fee cause they said flat was a valid reason to return , but when I got my refund after alot of run around they didn't refund me the shipping fee . They said they don't refund the fee it cost to ship to you .
