will not pick up embroidery from commercial logos. Useless for this application.
The teeth are not fine enough to pick up threads from commercial embroidery, and so if you are wanting to remove commercial logos from shirts, caps or reuse old company shirts, you are out of luck.

Product did not remove embroidery
I disliked this product because it did not remove the embroidery like it stated. I looked on YouTube and a double blade disposable razor worked better than this product.

Purchased to replace my 7 yo worn out Peggy's Thread Eraser. Thought I'd try this. Although I liked the rubbery feel of the product, it didn't have as much power and after 3-4 uses the charging pin actually fell out of the unit rendering it unable to charge. It' junk and also appears to be a knock off. Also, the one I received looks nothing like the one pictured. No identifying marks that say "Mary's" and mine is blue rubber. I have returned this and purchased another Peggy's.
