I have wide feet that need arch support and finding insoles is not hard but finding the right insole that can fit boots without compromising much on the space inside the boot was almost impossible! I tried two other insoles and nope, I also have a high instep all had made my foot not fit inside the boot BUT these insoles are winners!! I bought a pair of Blundstones and had bought them about a size large because I was thinking of the space needed for the insoles and my big foot. These insoles fit the bed of the blundstones like they were made for them, no trimming needed, did not affect the instep nor the toe box and I still have room left over for a thick sock if I wanted. You need to stock up on these. The arch hits exactly where I need it. Best insoles ever!

The product has very good quality plus high density which is not for me that my feet need soft foam.

I am between an 8 and 8 1/2. I got a pair for my work shoes, these had better review score then your average Dr. Scholl's brand.These just slid right into my shoes (after I ripped out the old manufactured ones in the shoe) no need to cut to shape them. Once I stood and walked I knew I was going to have a GREAT work day without the foot pains. This was such a good buy! I bought a second pair the next day for my everyday walking shoes. Wonderful!!(sorry I don't have photos, but yes! try them out!:)

I began wearing these insoles about two weeks ago. So far, the results are outstanding! I had an injury to my right foot about 45 years ago, while wearing work boots. My large toe bent all the way back, and I’m sure some fascia tore. I have never toed off correctly since then. I’ve seen podiatrists and chiropractors and received orthotics from both, and the problem was not corrected. I replaced the insoles of my trail running shoes with the Pedags, and first impression was so-so while standing in them. The first thing I noticed when walking was a marked improvement in toeing off with my right foot, resulting in a longer stride with my left leg, without the left leg tracking toward the right. For the first time in over 40 years, I was striding correctly. Wow! As my walking form has improved, there is a bit of complaining from my knees, most likely because of the overcompensating they had done during the passed 45 years was no longer necessary, and the tracking of my knees shifted just a bit. I’ll give the Pedag inserts a bit more time, and if things continue to go well, I’ll order more for my other shoes and boots.The Pedags appear to be working for me. They’ve been like a silver bullet. We are all different in what might work for us, or not, but so far, I have nothing but positive recommendations for Pedags.

I am 6' and 200lb. I have flat feet and the arch support on these failed after 3 weeks of wear.
