Nice to work with
Really nice quality clay. Very easy to work with though can be a little difficult to get soft for extended working. Really easy to mold and detail. Not very sticky at all though and takes a lot of smoothing to get creases out which means parts occassionally easily fall off if you're working with several sections stuck together. I would recommend microwaving this clay for a minute or two to get it soft enough to work with though not to expose it to high temperatures for more than a few minutes as it can melt. At room temperature/cold it doesn't leave any residue on your hands but when warmer after some use, I've found it coats my hands in a waxy residue. Overall pretty good though! Good price and would recommend for animators!

Useful for filling gaps in draughty sash windows
Early 20th century sash windows with their large panes look lovely but, if not maintained properly, over-painted, etc., the wind can howl through the gaps left by failure to close properly. When one of our grandchildren recently started work and moved into a rented flat, the several large, nearly floor to ceiling sash widows did not close properly. Furthermore, the tenant agreement forbade almost every reasonable action a sensible person would take to improve matters. And that's where plasticine came to the rescue. Its shape-shifting qualities makes it fabulous for filling gaps, even where the landlord forbids the use of adhesives. Just wrap the plasticine in plastic before putting it into the gaps.

Good amount for price.
It is plasticine, it works as it should. If you find it too hard/stiff to work with, heat it up slightly with a hair dryer (not too close) and that should make it more pliable. Using this in 2 part mold making and it does the job. I usually store it away in an airtight box when not in use to increase longevity.

Useful clay
I used to use newplast but somehow it has lost its regular elasticity. I have made a change to this colourclay. The clay is malleable. It will make quite detailed models. They hold their shapes. And, when I want to make a change I can roll the model in my hands to warm the clay and start again. I would recommend this product.
