Work as advertised. Produces what looks like near-mirror finish. If you use it right (sequence) final polishing is a snap.I've grown to rely on this and other papers from this supplier. You should see my stainless steel Ruger revolver.I'm sure this product would work equally well on other objects made of stainless steel.What's not to like?

Amazon asks if this product lived up to my expectations..well, it didn't really, but that was my fault. I was so pleased thinking I had found a similar product I had been wanting to purchase at a reasonable price that I didn't pay full attention to the product description. This product wasn't exactly what I thought I had ordered, which are 3M polishing film with a PSA backing..My intended use was for final polishing of sharpened cutting tools. It works but is a little "fluffy", being almost fabric like...as it is not PSA backed I have to use spray mount and over application results in adhesive seeping through the porous material. I include these comments for anyone eyeing up this product for similar use.
