Too expensive for a relatively simple supplement.
At £85 for a four-week supply, you would hope that you would be taking some incredibly well-researched nutrients that have outstanding science behind them. This supplement, as far as I can gauge, is effectively a massive waste of money.Their website talks about it being backed by placebo-controlled trials, and while it quotes their results it does not allow you to see their full clinical trial data.A search on PubMed returns no results for Sara Palmer Hussey, PhD, and there appears to be nothing coming up for their brand name, Lumity. This is completely unlike Dr David Sinclair who has decades of published research in his trials studying ageing, for instance, who is an advocate for NAD+ precursors which again have a plethora of published research behind them.Typically, if a company has conducted their own clinical trials, that is something to be wary of as you don't know how reliable they are. And then if that company also doesn't allow you to see their full published clinical trial data, that is a red flag. The person behind this, Sara Palmer Hussey, PhD, also runs another supplement brand called Firebird. To me, there is much more marketing behind these brands and products than direct science. This product in particular, Lumity, is nothing more than some fairly basic vitamins and minerals, amino acids, a tiny dose of CoQ10 and an even tinier (and really pointless) dose of Turmeric Curcumin, all set in carrier oils of both pumpkin seed oil and flaxseed oil. At 8 capsules per day this is a lot to take, and yet the majority of what you're consuming is just a couple of different oils.I mean, the Curcumin dose is a good example: 42mg turmeric standardised to 95% curcumin, or in other words, 40mg of curcumin. Compared to a standard 95% curcumin dosage of about 475mg, this is pretty much just a waste of time. The other ingredients are rather inexpensive, no better than most cheap supplements. The cheapest and least effective form of Vitamin C is ascorbic acid and that is exactly what is included here, for instance. If this product costs so much, why use the cheapest form of any ingredient? If you want to overpay by probably 8-10x for this supplement versus buying the equivalent ingredients elsewhere, go ahead, but I would not support a company that charges so much for so little and keeps customers in the dark by not publishing their data.

I cant recommend based on what i have seen
I am really sorry but this is what I have seen so far:> The review sample only provided a night puch of vits / minerals - no day pouch so I cant review the whole product> The capsules are very well packaged and look like a marketing Director has spent a lifetime on designing them - they look great> The price ahead of the review was £80 which is an outrage. This really needs to be considered in the round with other similar products that are of a similitudeThey are def higher-end vits and minerals and the men's angle a good one with fantastic packaging, but the points above make these uninvestable from my perspective. This is a huge miss.

Good, effective vitamins, pricey
These are good supplemeny combo for men, love that it is combined vitamins to tackle different issues that it may appear because of vitamin and nutrient defficiency or lifestyle. Great thing is that it is split in day and night supplement because one is better taking with the start of your day and other better absorbtion at nighttime as well as it becomes more beneficial. These really do work, you can notice some difference even couple weeks after using it. Its just a price quite high.
