The Bizarre Life Cycle of a Cicada (Strange Life Cycles) Paperback – August 1, 2012

MY son loves this book. He has been obsessed with cicadas lately, so this was a perfect addition to our book collection for him. I also love that the info included was interesting and factual while still being simple enough for a younger kiddo to understand and feel engage with.

This was just the book I needed! I learned a lot and read it to my kindergarten class.

Grandchildren loved reading about these, especially when we found the shell of one on a tree.

I ordered this for my 5 year old granddaughter who had just moved to Iowa and experienced these crazy Mayflies for the first time. The whole family loved the book and found out everything there is to know about Mayflies.

Great for younger readers or older ones.
