OXOGood Grips Restaurant Turner, Black/Silver

I got this turner specifically to use with my cast iron skillets and it's been working great!The handle feels really nice to hold (rubber or silicone wrapped around a solid plastic core) and the stainless steel head is very high quality. The edges of the head are rounded, although if you are aggressive you will still scratch your cookware (although, on my cast iron skillets it merely only scrapes the surface (doesn't gouge).The edge of the head is also nice and thin, you can get under food that's stuck to the pan without issues.Note: this turner is pretty stiff and won't offer much flex. This becomes a problem if you're skillet has high walls, but performs great in cookware that is flatter (like a grilling plate).Overall, I'm really happy with this turner and expect to make many meals for years to come with it.

This is our favourite kitchen utensil by far. It has been a game changer for using with our Cast iron frying pan. We get sad when it’s dirty in the dish washer- so might buy another! We chose Oxo because it was a well known brand and we are happy we did.

Solid and not flimsy at all. Nice to be able to flatten out something and used it to cut/chop up if needed. Very happy

Excellent flipper from OXO, strong with a little flex works great on both my cast iron pans as well as my BBQ. Been looking for a good one for a while, worth the money
