I think this cheese is delicious, I've been buying similarly sized wheels of manchego from other sellers for years, and while those were also good, this one seems to have more flavor. It was also much better packaged - having been used to receiving cheese with one or two completely melted and warm freezer packs thrown in, this was well insulated and the freezer packs were still substantially frozen. When I need more, I'll be buying from here from now on.

I've ordered a lot of cheese over the years and it has always been a roll of the dice whether the cheese arrives hot in temperature or even melted. I ordered this wheel and it arrived perfectly packed with insulation with plenty of ice packs so that the cheese arrived at my Florida home COOL. The ice packs were even partially frozen. This is the way to ship cheese!

I am from Spain. I have tried every manchego wheel available on Amazon. This one is the best.

A decent Manchego for it's price. I've had many through the years. Some are very overpriced. This one falls in the middle. Has a very nice mouth feel and is mild in flavor. I ordered three time from this seller and each and everytime I was amazed at the quality of packaging, and the speed of delivery. Thanks Spring Street! Job well done.Update! 11/17/21 Just received my next wheel which was shipped Monday 11/15. Ice packs were still frozen. It just keeps getting better and better. 👍👍👍

I purchased this for cow dairy allergies. I generally purchase another brand but prices are going up considerably and I thought I would take a chance on the least expensive option for this type of cheese. Not only was the packaging infinitely better, so was the quality of the cheese. I will be purchasing from this company from now on.

The shipping time was incredibly fast, despite holiday congestion. The recipient of this gift was over the moon with the size of the wheel and its flavor. She cuts the wheel and freezes portions to use throughout the year, although this probably will not last long. I used to send Manchego cuts that I purchased at Costco but when I found this option, let me tell you-- THEY GOT MORE CHEESE AND FREE SHIPPING ON PRIME that I could have never matched with any other option. You will not be disappointed. Amazing deal for a great cheese.
