Q: Can i use it with nzxt kraken 62 ?? and which size will fit ?

Funny. I'm trying to figure out this exact question for 42 right now. I'm not going to spend 50 bucks for a stupid cablemod package (plan on using this for other cords too) but can't find anything online confirming this. I measured the diameter of the Kraken sleeve (not scientifically because I only had a metal tape measure available) and it was about 1.5 inch circumference which should be the same for all models. The diameter is .48. Based on another comment asking "Is the 1.25" the diameter of the hole, or when the wrap is flat?" I used that as a baseline and did the percentage difference to give me a baseline. If you get the .5 on the low side (not flat) gives you a diameter of approx 0.32" and on the high side 0.7". Based on that I think the .5 is too small even if the diameter is .48. Using the point 3/4" PET (prime too) you get a low side of 0.474" and a high side of 1.05" which should be the sweet spot *but* this needs to be cut down the middle. I watched a video on the cablemod and that's all they did (not sure cablemod dimension though). You will need a hot knife (which I will try to get cheap one for $10) and cut it cleanly so it doesn't fray which gives you very little wiggle room but a tighter fit. The 1" has a low of .63 and a high of 1.4 so even though that's bigger it might be a little easier to work with giving the cutting. It's just a cover so you can probably just wrap it tighter and cap it with electrical tape. So to be safe you could get the 1" and a cheap hot knife. I'm going to pull the trigger on the 0.75 inch tonight, try and cut it, and see if that works. Nothing to lose. If it does work I'll let you know next week! Good luck with your build :-)

All brands that we carry and know of only use Nominal Sizes due to the nature of the product. But the Nominal(given name) Sizes when dealing with braided sleeving, heat shrink and wire loom are approximate to the diameter only, never flat.Meaning, a Nominal 1" Braided Sleeving is approximately 1" Diameter.If you order a 1" Size Braided Sleeving, it is reffing to 1" Diameter, which would be approximately 1.5" flat and spooled.Remember, braided sleeving is typically used for circular items, like wires, cables and hoses, therefore giving the diameter size as the product name is vital. If manufacturers referred to the flat measurements as the name, that means, users would have to use math and convert, this would lead to more confusion.Size names = approximate diameter, diameter = industry standard.

Q: How do I choose size, final diameters?

In general, braided sleeving can easily expand to a greater diameter than the stated one, probably a factor of 2 safely. But I was unsuccessful using the 1/8" product from this mfg as it came flattened and would not open so I could feed the wires through. Trial and error may be necessary starting at your best guess.
