Good buy…even for ethnic hair
I am African American. I swim all throughout the summer. This is a great hot oil treatment, but I actually use this on my hair under a thin shower cap and then under my swim cap. My hair stays soft & hydrated. It needs to be washed or throughly rinsed afterwards.
