Fully endorsed by a 10-year-old
These are the only true MINT swabs I’ve found. A little coarse compared to some of the sponge type ones, but no more coarse than other “treated” swabs. My soon-to-be 10 year old lost her ability to swallow nine years ago. It has taken years of practice to control her saliva. She’s at the top of her game now, the Michael Phelps of secretions. So we oral swabs all-day-long. Probably 5 sticks a day. I can even use these while she’s sleeping, which actually helps keep her asleep.Keeping her mouth and tongue moist reduces the thick saliva and helps moisten the air she breathes, further helping to keep saliva moving.Endorsement from my daughter: “the water flavor [untreated] ones are good, mint is waaay better”

What a waste, sticks short, smell of bleach
Dislike Very Much!!I purchased these after discovering a similar item, in blue that I absolutely loved and wanted to stockpile! These pink ones are a huge waste, the sponge is rough, even after soaking. The sponges all wreak of bleach after moistening the sponge, the stick is way too short, impossibly short to reach the back of my mouth. Shoot these need at least another inch, probably a few to effectively reach the back of my tongue, maybe longer to do what I purchased them to do... scratch, and clean my tonsils prior to my recent tonsilectomy. So many people left great reviews, how the came up with them is beyond me as dum dum lollipops have longer sticks.Do yourself a favor, but the blue/green sponges you shant be disappointed:)

Good for the differently abled
My partner and i are neurodivergent so sometimes the sensory overload is not exactly something we’re up for; literally, we know we should get up from our cuddle puddle with the cat to brush our teeth but we simply do not have the energy. But we still have to take care of our oral hygiene so even if its not exactly a one to one comparison it’s still better than not doing anything to clean our mouthes before bed. If you or a loved one are having a similar issue try these dipped in mouthwash or glycerin. Hygiene is still important and i doubt this is a substitute for actually brushing but it’s also important to accommodate when you just don’t have the spoons to deal with the burning, the loudness in your mouth echoing into your head, the wetness; if you don’t have sensory issues it definitely sounds weird I’m sure but it really can be overwhelming.

Incorrectly labeled
Do what you expect them to do but box was mismatched. Box said unflavored but ones inside were mint which was what I wanted but I almost sent them back thinking they were wrong. Any and all supplies used for medical care should at least be properly labeled!

Works great
These are great! I bought these for our baby hoping they'd work to keep for gums and tongue clean and as something to kinda chew on while teething (while supervised, of course). That light mint taste gives her something new to taste and helps to stimulant her senses and her her thinking as does the sponge. These are great to throw in your purse as a quick little mouth freshener and clean up when you can't brush your teeth during the day.I'm very happy with this purchase!
