Very useful!
The "Overcoming..." books have always been very useful and were recommended to me by an actual psychologist and I found out some things that can cause anger or being annoyed rather easily to occur and how to prevent it. The books been rather useful to me and I do believe its one of the best books out their relating to anger management.

The examples are the same all over the book so if they don't fit with your problems they are not very helpful.Quite boring.It wasn't useful to me, "Feeling good" was long way better for me.

Worth a read, excellent CBT book to help people who want to help themselves. 5 stars

Excellent guide to controlling responses
As a consultant who deals with conflict management issues, I am always looking for good books to recommend to workplace clients. This book is direct, well-organized, and easy to understand. The examples and exercises are practical and there is just enough theory to provide a foundation of knowledge without going too much into the science of these approaches. It is also a great tool for helping supervisors become better behavioral coaches.
