It's a shame that it looks as decent as it does, and is priced as tolerably as it is (comparatively at least), and just fails to be the perfect solution I'd hoped for.One of the bars is loose and cannot be tightened even if you disassemble it as far as one can. It also can be tightened to the wall-mount as much as you want, but it will never NOT flex/shake just a smidgen. I might be too picky here, but it doesn't instill confidence when I take a towel off or put one on and it shifts just a bit.Also was a bit of a pain to install in the first place (likely because I chose the longest one so it's a bit much for one person to get one side started so it'll hold itself up while you secure the other side).On par for "not quite name brand" products IMO. Good enough, although I'd be hesitant to rely on it if you have kids. Not sure how many strong tugs it would survive.

Use the top for clean towels and the bottom for rack as a hanging rack for the damp towels after I shower. The bottom rack is also a great hanging rack if your washer and dryer are in the bathroom. I pull clothes straight from the dryer and hang on the bottom rack as I fold a load of laundry.

Beautiful and very well made. I've installed several of these since discovering them a month or so ago. They look awesome and delivery is always fast. Great value!

Loved that it helps to save space, the gap between the bars us perfect to make the towels get dried easily

The product arrived on time and carefully wrapped in foam sleeve to protect the nice brushed stainless finish. The given measurements are correct, was very easy to install, and sturdy. Will enjoy using for both hand towels and larger heavier bath towels. Very nice sturdy shelf on top.

Although this is actually a beautiful well-made item, it appears to be like an 18-inch item rather than the 20-inch item I ordered. Apparently, they measure it only from the very back parts that attach to the wall and not the bars themselves which is very deceptive. Thus the 4 star instead of a 5 star which I would have given it. So if you don't care about size, then this is a beautiful item.

Love this for our remodeled bathroom. FINALLY a towel rack wide enough for my big bath towels to hang dry! Definitely recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for at a very good price.

This is exactly what I needed and exactly as shown. It's small and compact - the size is perfect.

We haven't installed it yet but we like what we see.

First off the black finish is does not completely cover the silver metal underneath (see photo). Many of the joints have a lot of metal showing, who knows is this is going to rust on me in the long run or not. Second when installing the small Allen key screws stripped, so there’s no taking this off now without breaking it. If I wasn’t too stubborn I would have returned it at that point but I had already put the cheap brackets on the wall. They feel cheap and are nothing like a Moen or similar towel bars I’ve picked up at Home Depot over the years with stronger brackets and mounting systems. Overall, I do not recommend this to anyone.
