My cat is picky and Nulo Mousse is the only food he will eat (without throwing up afterwards); the tuna flavor is his favorite. I usually get two meals from one pouch. It's easy to use and doesn't smell, even if it's been on the plate for a few hours.

Great ingredients, perfect texture for my cats. It’s thicker than a churu but thinner than mashed pate. It’s completely lick-able with no chunks. My cats loved it first try, and they are picky! I love that I don’t have to deal with any dented cans anymore and that this is made with coconut oil, not seed oils. Will continue purchasing. Good size for price.

The phosphorous content on all of the Nulo wet varieties is obscene. Just took my cat in to the vet after switching to Nulo for just three months. He has developed early stage kidney disease and crystals with zero history of kidney disease, and zero alternate causes. Look around online, and look at comparative tables of pet food ingredients. Beware!

Lapable when my cat had a painful tooth infection

I bought this because my cats have a bit of trouble eating wet food with chunks in it. They don't have dental issues, they just don't know how to chew with their mouths closed. The food tends to fall right out of their mouths, so they end up licking the liquid and leaving the chunks. They've done well with other puree-style options, and since they loved the squeezable treats from this brand, I figured it was a safe bet. Imagine my surprise, though, when I put this in front of them for the first time and my not-picky eaters licked it once and then backed up and refused to eat more. *cue dramatic music as I calculate how much money I just wasted* But I gave it another try and they ate a little. Finally, on the third try, they gobbled it up. Now, we're on our second box and they slurp it right up. Cleanest dishes they've ever left me. I think they just needed to get used to the texture. So if your cats aren't super into it at first, give it a few more tries first.
