Q: Is this glass bottle a spray on?

No. As far as I know, none are spray on.

Q: is this aftershave a cream lotion like we used to buy but can no longer get in stores.

It is not a cream lotion. It makes my skin feel wonderful, plus for the last 30 years I constantly get questions and compliments from the ladies and gents as well. Highly recommend it.
