I love both of my Primula Burke Deluxe cold brew coffee systems!! The first One was a Christmas gift from my son and the second one I purchased because I didn’t want to keep making one pot over and over again. I drink it so much so I constantly have two pots going in the fridge. It gives me a taste like no other and I think the success is in the brewing filter and the system itself, the pot seem pretty brake resistant with their tempered glass, but then again I’m very careful with them. It’s very very easy to brew with these! I use a coarse ground cold brew, Bizzy coffee. I like very strong cold brew and this bruise really strong if you stir it a couple times within the 24 hours otherwise I’d let it go to 36 or 48 hours. But it’s always so smooth! If you’re looking for a Nas easy coffee system this is easy to clean and easy to brew.

The container is stable when full, and I never felt a risk of losing the decanter. The process is easy enough to follow and make good cold-brew coffee.The one downside is that the glass is thin and the pour spout on mine got chipped on something, but I have no idea what or when. I ended up cutting my finger on it while cleaning it.I looked to see if there was a way to pull out the glass and replace it, but there is not one that I could fine. I went with another with a sturdier decanter, though it is not as well supported as this one is.The pouring can be a bit weird as you cannot tip it too far or not far enough due to the limited air passage through the same grill hole in the lid that the coffee comes out.Cleaning this out without using paper (not much point to not use a filter, and then turn around and use a paper towel), is to eather:Spray it outside (Coffee grounds and plumbing are not good friends) over your compost areaorDump the wet grounds in the compost... wait for the wet grounds that stick to the filter to dry out... then bang them out.Only the water spray out keeps the filter cleanish looking. The dry method stains pretty thoroughly. It's not a functional difference, just aesthetic. If you are limiting water usage, the drying method is lower resource usage, but it takes longer.

I like to keep a lot of iced coffee on hand this time of year and this is the perfect little inexpensive machine to make it. I accidentally misplaced the filter to the first one I bought, and it was a good excuse to own a second one in a lovely shade of aqua. Now I can keep two pots of coffee at the ready. It's quick and easy to use with a cold brew coffee. It keeps well in the fridge and is a sturdy little pot that does not spill when used properly. It's easy to clean and attractive enough to put on your table. I think it is well priced and recommended highly. It came very well packaged And quickly.

Disclaimer: I don't drink coffee. I only make it.Last Christmas my wife received one of these cold-brew makers from our daughter. Every other day I'd make a pot of cold brew with Dunkin' Donuts Medium Roast granules. My wife drinks a half-pot a day. I put two 1/4 cup scoops in the thing, add the RO water while doing some granule-management sloshing-around, and voila--24 hrs later we have cold-brew. Actually, it's just brew until it has sat in the fridge overnight accruing the actual "cold."Saving a ton of money (and gas and time) doing this instead of the daily trip to DD.Addendum: Our son moved back in with us for a while and he also likes the cold brew. Sharing the pot was a bit much because there a coffee-brewing code/etiquette that he doesn't yet adhere to. So I bought pot. I give him occasional tips to help him improve his coffee brewing expertise and one day, I expect he'll pass them down to our grandchildren (which are kind of hard to create when you're living at home with Mom and Dad). But anyway ... good cold-brewer, decent quality construction, and easy to clean.

This thing is easy to use and has a very attractive design. I'm not exactly a coffee snob, but in my opinion the coffee I make in this tastes great! I like the abolity to add things to the flavor as well. I often add a bit of cinnamon during the infusion.A single pot lasts me a few days, but for a heavier cold brew drinker you may find yourself going through it more quickly.
