MIGHT work for you - depends on your birds>
We don't really know if it's the Flash Tape (which we tied to a couple of patio chairs - always a little breeze flipping it about) OR the fishing line we strung across the patio columns (above the tallest person but maybe about the height that the birds fly in), but we've had no bird droppings for several weeks. On the other hand - I advised a friend about trying it for her Canadian geese (who generate 1 lb of green slimy poo daily). HAH - forget it -those geese are just too smart. She found a video in looking for reviews showing a bunch of geese eyeing these flapping tapes across a wire. After a bit they waddled right under the Flash Tape with no fear. So it's back to bottle rockets for her.

No more woodpeckers!
We had a woodpecker that was destroying the 2x4s affixing the slide to the swing set. I hung 6 strips about 2 ft long each to various parts of the swing set. Filled in all the damage with wood putty and no woodpecker visits or new damage since then. An inexpensive yet highly effective solution. So glad I found this!

Fail!
Doesn't work! Tried to keep geese out of the yard, they walked right thru it!

Had woodpeckers putting holes in the house trying to nest. Put this tape up in 36" streamers. No more woodpeckers.

Flash in the pan
Birds thought it was Christmas. Feasted merrily on my blueberries despite these hanging everywhere.

One Star
Didn't work. Birds still ate my figs, lemons and tomatoes in South TX.
