Love this product. Has really improved my condition. No more discomfort or itch since started using it. However, last order the pump action didn't work. I reported this and was sent a label etc to print but just wouldn't print for me so ended up throwing it out. It's always disappointing when online companies don't have a simple way for returns. Why don't they include documentation in packaging?

I previously used the same version that was in a jar. This required you to touch the contents of the container over and over again as you use it. This is a pump and doesn’t require that you touch the contents and contaminate them at all. You just pump the amount you need on your finger, and you are set! it is an amazing product, especially for postmenopausal women! Moisturizes the area just like you put hand lotion on your hands! Please keep making it in this container or a similar container, because I love it! It’s also very convenient for travel rather than having to put contents in a smaller container. This is just perfect!
