My sleep and focus has greatly increased since using this! The taste is a little weird but I usually just put a couple drops in water and down it quick and it's honestly not bad. It's super effective I can tell such a difference in under a month. I love it's inexpensive as well. I will be purchasing again!

It’s been exactly 2 weeks of using it everyday, and I have not felt a difference. I actually bought this product after listening to people on TikTok rave about Rhodiola. I’m constantly tired, always moody, and stressed. I also heard it could help with weight loss. So I tried it. For one, it does not taste good. I’m not even sure how to describe the taste but maybe a little bitter and the taste lingers so if you do try it, make sure you take it with something strong or have a chaser ready. Second, I have no idea what dose I’m supposed to be taking. I followed the instructions on the bottle but that cannot be correct for everyone! I’ve tried doing research to figure it out but I’m just not seeing a good answer. Lastly, I read that it can take awhile so to get my moneys worth and also in hopes that it will work for me, I’m going to continue to take it. I’m going to do more research and see if I can find an accurate dosage for myself. Then I’m going to continue to take it until it’s all gone and then I’ll update this review with hopefully good news!

I bought this because I needed the extreme focus while in nursing school a year and a half ago. I now can’t go a day without it. It brings focus, calmness, and a more balanced mood. If I don’t take it for one day, I now notice! I was making small mistakes throughout the day at work, skipping things, etc. While taking this, I am iver focused and go through each task with ease! Highly recommend!

I bought this for premenopausal signs such as fatigue, weight gain, low labido, depression and anxiety. I’m all for natural remedies when it comes to my health, this didn’t do anything for me personally. I may have not given it enough time or it may have just not been my solution. Taste wasn’t bad, I put it in my water in the morning with my energy booster. I just didn’t notice it doing anything.

I have purchased this more than once now. As I have not been consistent with taking it, I have been able to tell a difference in how I feel after taking it for several days in a row. I do feel more energetic and ready to take on the day. I squirt two pipette’s worth of product into my smoothie or flavored water. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
