Q: is the material soft enough for chemo patients?

The material is cotton verry comfortable. I suggest try it out if it is soft enough for chemo patients. Good luck and have s good recoverry for chemo patients.

Q: Can you pull down the flydanna over your eyes? I might buy this for a daredevil costume. I’m not expecting to see through it.

Maybe, it depends on your head size. I wear 7-1/4 and it I pull it down in the front, it will cover my eyes (barely). Don't wash it first.

Q: Do all Zan Flydannas fit the same? I just bought a black one that said in its description it was for bigger heads and it fits perfect.

Yes and No... Zan uses the Flydanna® name in several of it's brands i.e. Flydanna® is the standard headwrap, Road Hog Flydanna® is an upgraded headwrap, Flydanna® Vented Sport is a vented polyester headwrap, etc. etc. All of the headwraps of any one brand, should fit the same i.e. all Road Hog Flydanna haedwraps should fit the same but they will not fit the same as a Flydanna® Vented Sports headwrap. If you purchased the Z627 Flydanna, it is a standard headwrap and any other standard Flydanna headwrap should fit the same as the Z627. I hope that made sense..
