It’s really working, but better to use it on dry hairs and then rinse after 30-40 min. But it really gives you a cold dark color and don’t damaged hair, will buy it again!

I'm a woman who's nearly 70 years old and my hair is like salt and pepper grey. I don't mind grey hair, but the sides were getting so light that it looked like I was starting to go bald, even though I have plenty of hair. I knew I had to do something about it but I don't like the idea of coloring my hair. I tried this product and it works great - with bonus results! My hair used to be naturally curly and has been getting coarser and straighter as the greying progresses. After using the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Visibly Deeper Colour Deepening Treatment just one time, my hair is very much softer and CURLIER!! Feels like it's back to its old self! To test the truth about it darkening, I saw a friend of mine on his way to work. He always tells me the truth, no matter what. I asked him if he noticed anything about my hair. That's all I said. Absolutely love this shampoo. I have a ton of hair, and this makes it looks really amazing. It brings out all the different shades and makes it looks super healthy. It doesn't cover grays, exactly, but it does make them less noticeable in my dark brown hair. I use this every time I wash my hair.

I’ve had some issues with my color fading pretty quickly (I darken my hair bc the natural brown is very mousy) and I don’t want to keep adding layer after layer of dark color onto my hair, possibly damaging it and also making it hard to lighten if the mood strikes me to do so. This color depositing conditioner is a great price for how well it works, especially when compared to similar products. It really lengthens the time between coloring and the longevity of my hair color. On top of that it’s just a good conditioner. It keeps my hair soft and smooth with little to no frizz (although the lack of humidity in the winter is helping I won’t lie) and it’s easy to brush through with no tangles.
