Great quality wax!
I'm newer to making candles, and this was a terrific wax to use. No scents, so I can add my own essential oils, and it melts nicely and evenly into any candle container. Burns well with worries for chemicals in the air. Love this wax-- so glad I purchased it!

Good stuff
So im new to this whole wax making game and i went purely on Google for my info. #1 i wanted to use items i had on hand to make my gift candies and #2 i wanted little to no mess if possible! I blended my soy wax with beeswax. I wanted a longer burn with a temperature balance ti preserve my oils. This blend (1beeswax/4soywax) was perfect for us. The scent doesn't burn away and there was minimum blackness while it was burning. Plus this blend is easily transferable to a warning plate.Very happy with this product. with my combo i made 14 5oz candles and 2 8oz. I just purchased another bag to make more!

Nice price and product.
First off, let me start by saying that I ordered this wax to meet the add-on threshold of $25. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. This wax was in the same flake form as it is at the big-name craft stores for cheaper than you find it for there. This wax was very nice for making candles and works as well as, if not better than the items you will find in the big name craft stores. If you're considering this for your next project, know that you'll save money and receive a great product. :)

Good for Hobby Candles
This wax is good for people wanting to make candles for personal use, I wouldn't use it if you are planning to start a business and sell. I found that it didn't give very smooth tops, that was my biggest complaint but even that can be fixed with a heat gun. A lot of the people I see that are giving bad reviews aren't using the correct wick size. Candle making is a science, you have to do a lot of testing to get good results. If your candle isn't reaching full melt pool within a 4 hour burn, you need to wick up, and if your wick keeps getting extinguished in the wax, you aren't using the correct wick size, this isn't a wax issue, it's an issue of people not doing enough research before they make their candles.

Wonderful for pouring small batches
I really loved working with this wax. It begins to melt fairly quickly and evenly. It holds scent wonderfully and I chose to go with 10% in perspective to my fragrances. It solidifies smoothly too .. no pits, maybe a little marblely on the top but still a smooth surface. Maybe at the edges after curing for a week, I noticed a little crackage at the overflow line of my tins but it’s very little, like a hairline. I just wish they came in larger quantities like a 5lb bag ? With one 3lb, I was able to pour a little over sixteen 4oz tins.
