Healthcare Respironics DreamWear Silicone Pillow, Small Cushion

I tired for 3 months to find a CPAP headgear I could use. Tried another brand, several in that line, and they either irritated the top of my nose, irritated the bottom and around my nose, or just leaked. These are great. They are so soft, the fit is great. I can actually keep my mask on all night. Great functionally. Like I said, the others hurt or leaked. These aren't. I tried the plain pillow without the nasal part, and that didn't work for me. These do. They are harder to find than some, but I've enjoyed them. Not hurting now.

Excellent fit and quality! Fits me better than the gel nasal pillows. Seals well with no leaks. The nasal pillows have some sort of ribbing inside that makes them sturdy but soft and conforming.

Fits my Philips DreamWear headgear perfect looks just like the original brand, it’s identical, will buy again when this one wears out.

The design is different than what I was used to. The old ones were pillows and the new ones are volcano shaped. I actually like these better, they seem to seal much better and are more comfortable to wear. Like them.

You saved me. I got my cpap 2 weeks ago. I’ve struggled nightly trying to get used to it. I was about ready to give up. I was using a nasal cushion that was slightly too large, so air would constantly escape at my slightest movement. I used these nasal pillows for the first time last night and no air escaped. They are super comfortable. I slept most of the night without waking up and my cpap score was 96! My best yet. I will definitely be coming back to buy more. Thank you!

Perfect replacement and fit.

I found these to work beautifully and are more comfortable than older model in-nose style. These were softer and fit my nose better. I don't know if they were original Phillips product or not but they were comfortable and worked well for me. I have a small nose with small nares. I gave them 4 out of 5 because there was nothing in the package to identify them as original Phillips Respironics accessories.
