The pillow is super comfortable and easy to adjust so that it doesn't leak. My favorite of all the masks/fittings I have tried over the years. I have been paying for replacement masks and nose fittings out of pocket because for years because it was just a cheap as paying the "coinsurance" through my old insurance plan. Now that I'm on Medicare I'll have to see what's cheaper now. I buy a new "headgear" every year, and then replace the "nasal pillow" two or three times a year, even though they don't appear worn. I clean it by washing gently in soapy water and letting it air dry. I do it weekly but I'm sure others would want to do it more frequently.

Love this product. Works well with my Cpap and mask set up.

I'm a CPAP user and rely on it to stay alive. Therefore, I need equipment that is built for such conditions. While I'm generally happy with this design and think it can last quite a long time, there is a failure point: the hard plastic connectors that attach it to the nasal mask. These detach and cannot be glued back into place. I need them to be fastened, not just glued. If the connector can stay fastened to the nasal mask 'without glue' you can make it stronger and less likely to detach from the frame 'with glue.' Many of my headgears have come apart like this and many of them were purchased here on Amazon. I will order another one in the morning since the price is far lower than the main outlets (shame our health is exploited like this)

It’s super comfortable, and the top-of-head hose design gives me the freedom to move around while sleeping. It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave marks on my face, which I love. Overall, it’s easy to use and makes my therapy much more pleasant. Highly recommend!
