This little book is the perfect size to slip into your pocket on those long country rambles. I shall be using it all the time as I love mushrooms and want to be able to identify the edible ones without fear of poisoning myself.Highly recommended

It’s a nice book for the price only really good in the UK and a bit hard to read. Some information seems contradictory.

When I got this book I locked at the book and this book is only mushrooms located in Britain. For me and my Science class that waws bad because we wanted to go out hunting in the wods and be able to idnify the mushrooms. But the book itself is good all of the pictures and the Illustartions. But it didnt work for me because it was inky mushrroms in Britian!

Compact, excellent descriptions and illustrations, a must for naturalists in the field.

bring your reading glasses. It tells you if it's edible but maybe isn't tasty. Also if it's got look alike poisionous ones. Great little field book. You can look up the identification when your at home and see if it's what you have. Never use only on ID when picking mushrooms.

Increiblemente bien escrito, organizado, fotos perfectas, explicaciones muy precisas avisando de posibles confusiones. Debería ser obligatorio tener este libritos y los otros de esta serie. Tan pequeño que nunca nos lo olvidamos al ir por el monte.
