This is a beautiful tea set and exactly what I was looking for. The negative reviews are not fair IMO because the only complaints are basically that they wanted a different product.Some information to keep in mind and decide if this is what you are looking for:-this is the "Everyday Friendship" collection. The difference between this and the "Friendship" collection is that this set is NOT fine bone china but regular porcelain. It is more affordable and practical for everyday use which is what I was looking for while still being a nice "fancy" tea set, at least for your average gal who usually drinks tea out of a coffee mug-the Amazon description is slightly inaccurate as it says these are standard 6oz teacups. Actually they are 9 oz (comfortably holding 8 oz of liquid). If you look up this product by the item number on the parent company Wedgwood website it has the correct description listed. Again this is perfect for what I wanted but be aware these are not your tiny little dainty teacups.-the cups are all white and this is correctly listed in the description. At some angles the color of the saucers reflects off the teacups which is why a couple of reviewers were under the impression that the cups were different colors. If you want different colored cups they have a set of mugs in this same design that are slightly taller and they actually have the color on the mug.Overall I love it for what it is, which for me is a fancy tea set that is not too precious or dainty for me to feel comfortable using every day.

Just want i wanted very pleased with items

These are for everyday use! I love them! They are slightly heavier than other Royal Albert tea cups. These are exactly as I was hoping they would be!They are beautiful!

Another gift for holidays. I was a little concerned about how package was handled when delivered as there was a hole in the corner of the box as if it had been dropped. Thankfully seller packed the box inside much better. I purchased this thinking the cups were pastel colors, but in fact the cups are white, and the saucers are pastel, it is the reflection onto the cup. Either way, it was a beautifully crafted set and my daughter loved them.

I received all white cups and colored saucers. I was under the impression that each cup and its matching saucer has a tint of color. The cups are completely are white but deeply colored saucers.Also the China is not of fine quality, is heavy and more of ceramic than porcelain.I’m returning it.
