Very lovely. I hot-glued dried moss to mine. You will have to refill the water at least once per day. It evaporates very quickly. I use distilled water.

Make sure your plug is in the right voltage, otherwise get a converter. Otherwise, it’s been running well 24/7 and a great product.

Despite the mixed reviews on this product, I ordered it and am so glad I did. It arrived with a gash in the box, but the item itself was well insulated and didn't have any damage. The water flows beautifully - the lights are delightful - and the pump is quieter than expected - you can definately hear the bubbling waterfall over the pump hum. The pump did seem a little louder for the first 24 hours, but it seemed to quiet down a bit after that (or I just got used to it and am now able to focus on the sound of the water flowing over it)! Becareful not to overfill it though. I filled it to the max line when I first got it and it ran beautifully for a week - no spills, no splashes. However, the water did appear a little low so I added water to it, but apparently I added too much and for the next 2 days it splashed and leaked a little, but once the water level went back to "normal" it's been fine since. I am usuing it in a busy grooming salon to help occupy the focus of some nervous clients that sit and wait for their pet to be groomed. It is very calming and helps add a sense of tranquility to the shop. Kids find it pleasing to look at too! I even added a few drops of aromatherapy to the water to add another layer of relaxation through scent to aide our most anxious (human) clients! I would HIGHLY recommend this tabletop waterfall.

This is my second Sunnydaze fountain, I had the "Sunnydaze 5-Stream Rock Cavern" for a couple years and it worked just fine. It is outside so it started to slowly get covered in hard water spots and what not. It was a little bit smaller, but the fountain made far more water noise than this slightly larger and more expensive one. Sadly I was stupid and painted this fountain before trying it, and now I'm stuck with it. The original color is very red in person, I'm not sure why anyone would paint rocks red? So I painted the rocks gray and it looks better. If you want a small table top fountain I'd definitely suggest the one I mentioned in my first sentence. It will give you more water sound, but will still have some of the same problems any fountain will have spitting up and throwing water occasionally.As others mentioned, the motor is far more noticeable on this one than my previous. The sound of the water is so low that you can really only hear it when you are sitting next to it unfortunately. I will say this fountain holds more water than the other, so I don't have to fill it nearly as often. Even outside. I'm sure during summer it will get more frequent, but I'm used to it.I use these outside with a shut-off timer, so I'm not worried about leaking, but I'm used to these little fountains 'spitting up water' from time to time, so I would never suggest using these inside.The one thing I will say is that the company does have excellent customer service, which has become a rarity these days.

I was a little skeptical, after deciding I wanted a water fountain for some calming noise, I researched different fountains for almost three hours. No joke.I begrudgingly bought this one as it was the best one I could find, but I still wasn’t excited about it.It’s AMAZING. A little bigger than a I thought, the pump is COMPLETELY silent, and the lights I didn’t want that you can’t turn off make it significantly better. I’m in love with this fountain

I read the reviews and had high hopes for this fountain, but it fell way short of my expectations and I am returning it.At first, it was a bit loud, but I made sure to add water so that it covered the pump and it could still be heard over the running water, but was not as loud as it first was. Still, it's not something I would want running in my room at night because it was not whisper-quiet as the drinking fountain my cats have. I know that it is POSSIBLE to make an economical pump that isn't loud. The makers of this fountain might want to check in to that.I could deal with the loudness by placing it in the dining room or living room, but the final straw was that it LEAKED. The leak was somewhere in the base, because that's where the water was pooled. The sides were dry, so it wasn't leaking from the sides, but the bottom was soaked. There were no visible marks that it was leaking from, but after unplugging it and picking it up, water just seemed to seep out of some unseen source and drip from the bottom.I didn't expect too much from a 55 dollar fountain, but I wanted one that didn't leak and had a pump that was somewhat quiet. This did not live up to my expectations and is being returned.

***UPDATE*** FOUNTAIN STARTED LEAKING THOUGHT THE BOTTOM AFTER A FEW MONTHS!!!So the product was great until it wasn't.. After a few months the pump had stopped to a trickle.. Before tossing the pump and ordering a new one, I gave it one last clean.. While doing that, I found, shoved up in the hose line, was a cut piece of it, to restrict flow (see pic).. My guess is after a year or so you figure the pump gave out and it's time to buy a new one.. Well it's not, I shoved a screw driver up there and got it out.. My fountain works like brand new again and I have a feeling itll stay working like new 🙃.. Im not gonna say, when it was new, MAYBE it needed the cut piece of tube to restrict the flow, so it wasn't to much, BUT it ended up ruining it almost.. Were gonna say it was a mistake hopefully, bc other then this issue, it's been doing what it's supposed to do and been very nice to have.. Thanks!
