Q: What is the difference between this and fermented citrulline?

Pure Citrulline is fermented from vegetables rather than the more commonly used synthetic or animal byproduct alternatives

Q: Does it easily mix in water?

The fine grit does not completely mix in water, but it is still less gritty than creatine. Its very bitter too, but a little juice can help improve that. Just get the citrulline malate. The malate (malic acid), helps improve the absorption and utilization.

Q: What is percentage purity?

100% pure. Pharmaceutical grade. No other ingredients.

Q: Is Nutircost Citrulline food grade or pharmaceutical grade?

I'm not sure which it is. Either way, you're consuming it orally. So, I'm not sure it would make a huge difference. I do know this though. It mixes/blends very well with just about any. It is a very fine powder and virtually tasteless.
