Not for martial arts or boxing workouts. I bought these booties because we are not allowed to wear shoes on the workout mats and I didn't want my bare feet touching the mat. I loved these booties at first; they covered my feet and provided a really nice grip on the mat. They weren't too grippy (like martial arts shoes), and not too slippery (like socks). They were perfect...for about 2 months. Then they started tearing on the soles. So I stupidly decided to try another pair. That pair lasted barely a month. I think the pivoting movement for boxing and Krav Maga is just too much for these, so sadly, I'll be looking for something else. They're probably fine for yoga or something where you're not constantly rubbing them into the mat.

I really like these. I plan to get other colors. They are perfect for toodling around on wood floors and for jumping on my trampoline. They also look awesome if I forget to change into real shoes in the time for clients at the door. I am a hypnotist and work out of a home office. YOU CAN NOT walk on wet dew coverd grass. They get wet and so wil your feet.

The fit well and are great for wearing around the house

If I could give them more stars I would. I absolutely love them! I will be ordering more. Huge color options and designs. Options for men and women as well as all the other options. Easy to care for and wear. I strongly recommend these for anyone with medical problems that make it hard to reach your lower extremities

I wear these when I use my stair climber or stationary bike in my home gym. They protect the soles of my feet, and my feet are comfortable and can breathe. They are very thin (you'd never wear these outdoors) but they've held up for a long time with daily use in the house.

I like the shoe slippers to wear for my ballence and tai chi classes . But they my feet perspire and smell terribly . I think they should change the material used for the soles. I would buy buy more as they are comfortable .

They are soft and foldable and with protection on tthe bottom.

Totally disappointed. This product was advertised as having a grip sole. It doesn't! Soles are slippery. Today, I wore them for the first time, slipped and almost fell on my vinyl kitchen floor. It was almost like skating on the floor -- not good. I purchased these, exclusively, for the grip sole to prevent falls around the house. These INCREASE the risk of falling! They are unsafe to wear. The soles are manufactured with tiny areas of slippery plastic NOT rubber! Also, on carpeted stairs and ceramic tiles floors, these are too dangerous due to the slippery sole. Waste of money. Did I get a defective pair?
