Lafe's Deodorant Stone with Holder, 6 Ounce

I started having bad skin reactions from deodorant, natural and not natural. I found this is the only natural deodorant that actually prevents me from smelling and my skin was fine with. I find I have less razor bumps and ingrown hairs since using this deodorant. I work 12 hour shifts and can only smell myself after 9 hours if I actually sniff my pits. I play frisbee after work too at times and even after running for an hour I still smell better than I did when I used aluminum antiperspirant.

This product is fabulous! I love that it's natural and leaves no residue of any kind that I can detect. I never thought I'd give up regular deodorants, but this works so much better. Apparently it really does kill the odor-causing bacteria. I have had virtually no problem with keeping the surface smooth. Perhaps because I store it sideways in a small plastic cup (a recycled fruit-cup cup), it rarely forms any bumps on the surface. On the few occasions when it did, I easily scratched them off with my fingernails. So long as I don't do something dopey like drop it on a hard surface, this amazing 'stone' might last a few decades! So glad I tried this!! (And I just bought one for a friend. :-))

I have sensitive and dry skin. If I use a traditional antiperspirant for a few days I start to itch and that quickly escalates to a point where I have to scrub off the antiperspirant. If I use a traditional deodorant all it seems to to is to mix a perfume smell with body odor. I have also tried a bunch of natural products, and they either don't work or they irritate my skin. On a lark I tried a deodorant crystal, and I can't even say where I picked it up. It worked amazingly well, but somewhere along the line I misplaced it (likely when traveling). I then bought a similar product and it lasted a very long time until I dropped it on the floor and shattered it. That is when I bought this block, which is the same mineral as the other ones I had been using. I have about 1/2 of it left so I looked on Amazon to see when I bought it. I bought it in November 2022 and this is November 2025, and I still have plenty left! I shower daily and apply this stuff daily. I do it in a fashion different from what I see on videos. I pat dry my underarms after a shower, leaving them damp, and then I then simply apply the bar. That's it! I am absolutely odor free. I highly recommend this product.
