I used this on my pure highway 600, as the original mic lead was too short, I had to shave away some of the plastic on the jack plug so that it would fit. It works a treat and sound quality is excellent.

Really poor quality can't be heard unless you shout. The mics been fitted very close to me and still no better.

This was a simple install and comes with plenty of cable.

I picked up the Pioneer 2.5mm microphone for my van and it's been okay overall, but there are a few things that could be improved.On the positive side, the sound quality is decent for the price. The microphone also lacks any noise-canceling features, so in louder spaces, it tends to pick up background noise quite a bit, which can affect the clarity of recordings.For the price, it’s fine if you just need something simple for casual use or as a backup. But if you’re looking for something more professional or with better noise control, this might not be your best option.
