Active dry yeast is great for bakeing bread etc, you must active them by adding them in luke warm water with pinch of sugar and leave it for 7 to 10 min until you see bubbles forming on top. Was sent a fresh batch and they lived up to my expectations. Amazing yeast !

Silver seal was a bit open
Silver seal was a bit open because of yeast grain was in between seal and plastic bottle.I doubt it will work or not because of open seal.I will update the review after using this.Update : Product was very good. No problem with seal.
